I make music the same way I survive life: by turning chaos into something that makes sense, ideally with a solid beat. As a late-diagnosed AuDHD human, I write songs pulled straight from my own experiences, the world around me, and whatever my brain decides to hyper-focus on in the moment.

For me, songwriting is part expression, part survival, and part emotional therapy without the copay. I blend lyricism with layered production to turn truth, humor, frustration, and hope into music that feels intentional, lived-in, and honest.

Whether I’m unpacking identity, navigating relationships, or just trying to make sense of a world that insists on being louder than my thoughts, my music helps me translate it all into something meaningful.

This is storytelling with rhythm. Honesty with melody. Hyperfixation with purpose.
